I will be able to help my students have access to more books that they can read. We have books, but new titles in our classroom would get the students excited about reading. We need to have more technology in our classroom. With an iPad and Apple Pencil, students can share math strategies with class members by projecting them through our Apple TV. Sharing strategies gives students ideas that can help them be more successful in math. I am going to have a calm down corner in our classroom. The calm down corner will include different types of fidget items. These items are designed to help students calm down and refocus. A calm down corner will give students a place to go when they are feeling anxious. Students are dealing with a lot of personal issues and they need a place to go to feel safe.
