The materials donated would be very helpful for myself, and most importantly my students. Unfortunately there are some classroom aids that aren't available simply because there is no budget for it. I would need to enhance their learning experiences. I would like to provide my students with a flexible and relaxing learning setting. I teach in a school located in the Miami city limits. Therefore, obtaining resources for my classroom isn't always easy. Hopefully my first project will bring more teacher support resources for my students. I would hope that this area rug will provide me with the flexibility to allow my students to read comfortably during brain breaks, exercise during recess, and feel relaxed during math and science lessons. It's really difficult to keep students focused and motivated to stay on task when they simply aren't comfortable. If students aren't comfortable, it's harder for them to grasp each lesson. I would hope that our wishes do come true. Hopefully our requested classroom aids will be noticed by our lovely donors.
