My students need headphones in order to effectively learn in a technology based classroom. Headphones with microphones allow my students to be able to have access to the curriculum if they are struggling with writing. Allowing all students to have equal access to our rigorous curriculum is my ultimate goal as a special education teacher. This will make a difference so that the students are able to use their devices without disturbing other instruction going on and other students around the classroom. We use both desktops and iPads in my classroom so we need a variety of headphones to use these devices.
