Our class uses I-Ready learning and assessment. My students go to the computer lab daily, which means working headphones are crucial to their success. Headphones help the students hear the online instruction while also blocking out noises that would cause distraction. Our school is in a rural community with the majority coming from homes with low/poverty level income and have very low socioeconomic statuses. Most parents are unable to provide headphones for their children, and since Hurricane Michael the pressure on family life is at an all time high. One way to help these students to be successful is by providing them with the tools they need. Thank you so much for considering us as a worthy cause.
