My students don't get much exposure to the wonders the world. I want them to see that science holds so many rich experiences that will help them be life long learners. I want them to learn and use what they learn to create new ideas and not to be afraid to explore. These science kits, discovery boxes and hydroponics kits will give them opportunities to explore and build a great foundation for them not only in science but in life as well. Science will encourage my first graders to write and read. They will need to record their data and findings in their journals to share with other scientist.
