Perhaps you remember what it was like learning to read, or becoming a good reader. Research shows that when children have a paired text, such as an educational magazine, they are more likely to successfully reach their reading goals. If you fund this project, you will enable these children to grow in their reading stamina and literacy by providing them with a variety of content with which to read and learn. You will enable these inquiring minds to discover what literary genre they like best and provide them the necessities to become independent readers and life long learners, readers, and thinkers.
