Have you heard about the latest trend in classroom set up? Allowing students to move about the classroom and use non-traditional seating is better known as "Flexbile Seating". This trend is not only fun and engaging for students, but is also validated by research and results from within the classroom. My students need a set of "wobble stools" to help keep them focused while sitting for extended period of time. These stools have proven to: improve student posture, burn more calories, use up excessive energy, improve matabolism, increase motiviation and engagement, increase oxygen flow to the brain, and of course, they are simply fun to rock around on!
