These games will allow my students to improve their math and literacy skills. We will use the literacy games practicing skills in reading literature/informational texts, grammar/writing, and vocabulary. During math, we will use these materials to help master fractions/decimals, geometry/measurement, operations and algebraic thinking, and place value. These are all crucial standards we need to master in fourth grade! My goal is for my students to be engaged in their learning and LOVE math and reading. These activities will be wonderful and exciting for students to use during math/literacy groups. My students love to work in teams and anything that is a game makes learning more fun! Our motto is "teamwork makes the dream work" and we will love to show that in our learning as well!
