Children learn to be who they are by what they see and hear - from who they see it and hear it from. By surrounding my students with positive role models in their daily lives, they will learn to live with the values of a person with good character. Character Building books will help me immerse my classroom with examples of children showing positivity and kindness, having morals, values, integrity, manners and compassion. While listening to these books being read aloud by teachers, parents and guests of the community, my students will hear and see examples of people who model and live with character in their daily lives.
