Flexible Seating will allow each child the opportunity to practice making choices that will be best for them and their learning. Many students, when given the option, love to sit on the floor, under their desk or table, with a pillow and clipboard. Let's face it, even grown-ups have a difficult time sitting still for long periods of time. The stools will be a great addition to my Small Group Center as we work around a table. The Discs, pillow seats and exercise balls, as well as the elastic bands, will give the students plenty of options to release energy and bottled up wiggles all while continuing to be focused and ready to learn.
