I teach students with special needs. They do not have access to printed materials. Many of them ask. With this printer, I will be able to print lesson resources in advanced and mail it to them to help assist their learning. Hard copies of text have been proven to allow students to engage on a deeper level with the text. For students with disabilities, this is key to cultivating independent understanding. Without printed materials, they often lose focus and struggle to meet their goals. Although we are moving to a digital age, printed word is still King.
