Our town has more pride than an SEC college on a Saturday in the Fall. Its citizens are joyous, gracious, and tenacious when talking about their town. What many people do not realize about rural students is the fact that they have just as many hopes and dreams as someone from a big city. There are many negative connotations of small rural towns. It may be easy to classify each as sleepy, dead, or lifeless. However, this could not be further from the truth. The town and its schools are full of pride, energy, and hope. We just need someone to give us a chance!

About my class
