This school year, I have the exciting opportunity to teach and lead four courses designed to help students grow academically, creatively, personally, and professionally. Three of these courses are newly created programs, which means we are building our classroom resources from the ground up. My courses include College Readiness 12, Creative Writing, Teacher Assistant Leadership, and Main Character Energy: Building a Soft Life Advisory. Although each course has a different focus, they share one goal: helping students develop the knowledge, skills, confidence, and habits they need to become successful and productive young adults.
