Fire tablets will allow my students to apply real-world technological skills to their language arts education. Increasingly, college students and working adults must integrate the latest technology into their work, but my students have limited access to technology. I encourage my students to use technology to create presentations, conduct research, and improve their study skills, but too many of my students lack the resources at home to properly take advantage of these opportunities. With this tablet, my students will discover how to use computer apps to demonstrate their literature and language learning and thereby gain skills that will benefit them in high school, college, and in their careers. This tablet will allow them increased opportunities to create multimedia presentations, conduct research on-the-go, and other skills that they will need as they continue their education and move into careers.
