This funding will make it possible to provide a visually organized environment that easily indicates individual classroom work stations for my students who access the Life Skills program at LHS. Because many of our students need environments that are governed by predictability and organization in order to feel safe and calm, but also need access to seating that provides healthy sensory support, these seating options will provide both visual organization as well as sensory appeal. Ensuring that our students are as at ease as possible in their classroom not only fortifies their learning experiences, but provides greater chances for safety for everyone who accesses the Life Skills classroom.

About my class
