My little learners are spirited young children with tons of energy. The class loves to read and listen to stories. Their favorite kind of reading though is the kind that they can do all on their own. It makes them so happy to be able to read a story without any help, and they are getting good! All of my students have special needs and qualify for free lunch. Most of the students can not afford technology in their homes. The students love reading on the computer through different websites, but we only have one computer in the classroom and no other technology. They are very diverse in learning style and academic level which makes the tough job of teaching even tougher!
