My students enjoy working as a team creating various projects in the classroom. Our class will only have one iPad that they can use to research and create the STEM activities. The iPad will be used to give each group an opportunity to research STEM projects they can create as a team with the STEM materials. This will help the students with sharing and learning how to be patient. The iPad will be a great technology resource because the students will incorporate technology in the classroom, while still learning to work as a team and build on their social skills. The iPad and the STEM materials will promote collaboration among the students which will be helpful in encouraging teamwork. The iPad will be used in the classroom, for technology resource for STEM activities and math resources. This will give the students an opportunity to work with the materials and bring out their critical thinking skills. The students will be able to manipulate the magnetic blocks and construction blocks with their groups. When students are working together to create a project it brings a calming atmosphere in the classroom.
