Our school is a "Title I" school, which means that a very large fraction of our students come from homes struggling with financial difficulties. Many of my students are from families where neither parent went to college. Our school's goal is to inspire them to be the first in their families to attend college, and hopefully to go into scientific or engineering fields of study.
