My sixth grade students are the most amazing class you will meet. They are so thrilled to be in school and to learn. The downside is, we do not have funds to create a technology savvy classroom. We need technology in the classroom in order for our students to succeed. Working in a low-income school, it is hard to get the funds for these wonderful tools. Finally, it is my goal to get my students to enjoy reading. So I took a survey on how I can help them reach their goal of becoming eager to read; their responses were all similar. They want a center where they can go sit on a comfortable rug and read. Please help my spectacular sixth grade students and fund our project, and the start of our reading center! Thank you!
