Our school is a public alternative high school that focuses on utilizing our community resources. Our high school matches the demographics of our city better than any other in the city. We are mostly urban (third largest city in the state), 50% non-white, and more than 50% free and reduce lunch. Despite the challenges facing many of our students, we have the highest standardized science scores in the district, even beating out the more "well to do" schools. Please help us show the city, state, and nation how education should work!
