There is nothing better than finding that perfect book and being able to sit back, relax and fully engage in it. Our library is 10 years old and the student seating hasn't been updated at all in that time frame. I want to create an environment where our students feel welcome and cozy in the library. This new seating would both excite the kids and give them a space of their own. This new seating area would allow the students a great place for listening to teacher, volunteer and librarian read-alouds, quiet reading to their self, student group collaboration and countless other things through out our school year.
