By having a printer and colored paper in my classroom, my students will spend less time note-taking, and more time engrossing themselves in the content. By being able to print out notes, maps, and photos of ancient civilizations, my students will have more of a hands on opportunity to engage in the curriculum. Chart paper and markers will engage my students daily and allow them to display their learning in their work environment. If students don't find school engaging, empowering and interesting then they are not interested in performing. By providing a printer for my students, their work can be displayed throughout the classrooms and hallways. Giving them the opportunity to display their work will give them pride in their learning. Using this printer for my students will empower them and give them more opportunity for success.
