In my Graphic Design and Visual Communications classes students are taught to use professional software found in the industry today, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Animate. We discuss creative techniques, industry standards, and career development issues to give a real-world look at life as a graphic artist. More than just the ability to use the software, my goal is to guide my students to think like a designer.
