My students live in a very rural part of Maine close to the end of the Appalachian trail. They are avid readers and writers about the outdoors and love to talk about animals and forests. We are a very small school and funding is low to give them the opportunities with technology that will take them into the outside world. They are thirsting for this technology and soak up every little bit I can offer them.
