The majority of my students come from economically challenged homes. We start each day by making sure their essential needs are met (such as breakfast) so we can focus on fueling their minds. The majority of my students do not have access to technology at home. In order for my students to compete in the global market, I have made it my personal goal to make my second graders comfortable with the growth mindset as soon as possible.
