I am the only counselor in my school of 400 students. Our school is very overcrowded and we utilize every available spot in the building. I often have to find an empty hallway corner to work with a student one-on-one. I serve K-8 students, which requires using many different types of counseling activities from having students research high schools on the computer to playing a fun game on the computer.
