My students need a lot of motivation and encouragement and I like to do so by showing them that they can do it and it is worth while for them to stick with it to the end. Having available resources make teaching easy and learning fun to the max. With available resources such as these allow students to get the maximum of their learning process. It's so important to be able to have materials available to both teacher and students. Having this availability of resources bring out the best in both worlds.
