The materials requested will help us start and grow a vegetable garden. Our goal for our garden is to understand where our food comes from and apply a variety of cooking methods to the vegetables. Students will learn sustainable living practices, where the best product comes from, and how to grow it. Culinary students will be given the opportunity to nurture from the seed to the plate, which will enhance their knowledge and respect for food. In addition, culinary students will be encouraged to consume more vegetables in their diet.

About my class
