Imagine being 5 years old at your own home. You are free to sit anywhere you like, in whatever position makes you most comfortable. If you need to wiggle, you can get up and move around whenever you like. Now imagine arriving at your first day of school and you are expected to sit in a hard plastic chair until your work is completed. If you need to wiggle, you must wait until the prescribed play time. Teachers know that some order is required in order to teach, but we also know our little ones need to be comfortable to do their best work. Wiggle stools offer the best of both worlds. Children are free to rock and move while also staying at their desk and completing their work. This allows for more success for students, and fewer disruptions.
