Students will be using the simple machine kits to assemble and explore how simple machine work. I will be able to demonstrate the simple machine using the document camera that would be transported on the cart. Having the document camera would allow the entire class to see the demonstration at the same time. This project would help my class understand the need for simple machines and their uses in the world. The students will be able to see what works and what adjustments need to be made while testing the simple machine that they have built. There are multiple machines in these kits that the students will be able to assemble and test.
