Our Fourth grade classroom is a place for students to explore and grow in math primarily - but we work hard to connect all of our skills together and show links between what we are learning in all subjects. It is important for me to make what we are learning meaningful for our class. My students come from diverse backgrounds, which has given me a lot of opportunity to learn as well! As an IB school, we get a unique opportunity to become internationally- minded thinkers as we learn, and inquire into the world around us. We also incorporate a growth mindset - knowing that mistakes are not failure, but an opportunity to grow. Thanks for taking a moment to learn a little more about our classroom and what we are all about!
