I am requesting sensory toys, and life skills items to succeed. My kids require a lot of one on one assistance to complete most tasks. They struggle with fine motor skills and some with communication skills. The students need many different objects to help them get their sensory needs met. Sensory items will help them keep calm, and will make learning enjoyable. They each require special accommodations in order to learn and be independent. My classroom focuses on life skills which will lead them to become successful in their own way. The play money in our classroom store to practice acquiring money skills. We practice doing laundry and sorting clothes as well as identifying cleaning items, and work environment items. I like to keep my classroom clean and organized as well as a peaceful and enjoyable environment for my students. I can offer these items to my students and be the best teacher I can be.
