Currently all of my students read below grade level. My goal is to not only make my classroom an environment to foster reading in school but to also purchase resources that can follow my students home. I plan to expand my classroom library with high interest books that my students can read at school and at home. I would also like to purchase a kidney shaped table to make guided reading instruction easier to facilitate. Finally, I would like to purchase phonics resources to improve instruction. My students need interactive play activities that promote learning so they can focus and become better readers.
