Our High School has 450 students and over half are from low income families. We are rural farming community mixed with retired families who live on the lake. My students have a very diverse background socially, economically, and in ethnicity. The different types of students I have teach and coach is what makes it enjoyable to be at my school. Each student brings his own perspective to the school which is what makes it great. The diversity of our student body also makes it difficult to make sure all students are on an even playing field. I started this project to make sure each one of my students experiences a hands-on learning experience.
