My athletes come on to our team with various levels of running abilities. One thing I can say is that they all possess the desire to get better and understand that reaching certain goals takes a lot of time, commitment and hard work. The sport of Cross Country at our school has been very successful over the last decade. I believe by enhancing training with the proper equipment, they can continue that success and beyond by propelling our team to be competitive at the District, Regional and State level.

About my class
