My students come from a low T-1 school however, our population is full of hardworking students when it comes to band. The program has about 160 students but unfortunately we lack in funding at times. We have done things like fundraisers but they only raise so much. It is so hard justifying spending so much money on an instrument when I want to be able to provide them experiences like performing at festival or at a park.
