I have students who will compete as starters and alternates just like any other high school sport. They will be competing against each other in tournaments and 1v1 game types to determine who will represent the school! I also have a few students who I have given the roles of manager and moderators. I will also obviously continue to create positions for students who want to be part of the program, but do not make it into the lineup!
