In our class we are constantly working on improving every day and have a Growth Mindset within our classroom. Our school is a wonderful place to be as we have a cluster as well as inclusion classes for students who are ready to be in a classroom with more friends. One thing that we are all working on is regulating our emotions. With Autism sometimes the world can seem big, strange and at times scary. This year we are remembering no matter how big or scary the word may seem we have the tools to calm down and bring the big world down to a size we can deal with and yoga helps us do this!

About my class
