Hello! In the upcoming school year, I will be returning to 4th grade!! I taught a bilingual 2nd grade classroom for the past two years, which has been an unbelievable teaching experience. In my new classroom, I hope to have some of the integrated bilingual students. Our school very unique. We are tucked away in a neighborhood away from the commotion but still in an urban setting. We have a large Cape Verdean population which we love and embrace. Having a large bilingual population requires support from the entire staff and school community. Our school does an amazing job at creating a welcoming environment for all students! Some may see this as a challenge but I see myself very lucky to work with these children and share all of my knowledge with them! Thank you for supporting our classroom. These students with be forever greatful!
