Many of my students have many things in their lives determined for them. They wear what is clean. They eat what is available. They sleep where they can, even if it's on the floor. I would love to give my students the independence to choose where they would like to sit to complete their tasks in my classroom. The stability balls will provide a great choice for students as they engage the core muscles. These stability balls will allow students to safely move while completing their tasks. This will allow for more oxygen to reach their brains and increase blood flow. A student falling out of a standard chair due to rocking on its legs or sitting incorrectly is nearly a daily occurrence in my classroom. The wobble stools provide a great way for students to be able to make that calming, rocking motion without falling out of their seats.
