The school I work at is an alternative public high school where. about 80% of our students qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch, and 60% of our students are considered homeless. Many of our students find the school to be the only safe, caring and nurturing place in their current lives. Our classes are very small so that we can help the individual needs of students.
