At the beginning of the year we noticed few of my students were using regular tables and chairs for activities. They voted to remove the chairs and have been using carpets squares and carpet space to kneel or sit to work together on projects and activities. Test scores and over all class morale has been amazing. In order to encourage them to continue learning I would like to add alternative seating to allow more option for my free range class to feel comfortable in the class they have helped to design. These children are so passionate about learning that I want to give them everything I can to help them achieve the goals they are setting for themselves.
