Reading is imperative for student growth. My classroom is a safe space where students can express their interests freely. I strive to find something intriguing for each of my students. We read daily in my classroom, and by providing my students with a library full of popular titles, I am showing them that I care about their interests. By providing an extensive array of graphic novels, I will show my students that I care about their interests and can adapt my lessons to engage them further. These books will provide my students with interesting stories that count toward their blended learning goals. Also, I have planned lessons using these titles to demonstrate plot structure and characterization.

About my class
