The use of headphones are a daily activity in my classroom, especially in language arts. Students will be able to save their read alouds and then share them with the classroom and their family. Students will be able to use literacy and math activities that require sound without anyone else disrupted. Finally, students will be able to use speech to text to expand their stories, use screen casts to demonstrate knowledge, or produce a project using a green screen. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve their fluency, you will also help increase student attention, engagement, and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
