These materials will be used in small group centers to help enrich the students learning in class. For example, students can use the legos to spell sight words or to count in math. They can use the learning puzzles when learning about time, addition, or place value. One of the things I hate most is hearing a student tell me that learning is boring. These games and interactive materials will be used to help make learning fun. Learning doesn't always have to be sitting at a table and working on a worksheet. Learning can be by creating, interacting, and having fun. These manipulatives will be used on a daily basis even as the concepts change because they can be adapted to many different lessons.
