All these items are to reach out to the wide-range of students that come into my classroom. Some just need to take a break, some need to calm down from being upset, and many need the chance to find their inner self and how to cope with day to day life skills. I am requesting your help in the process of achieving this throughout the whole school. I work with grades 3-5 these manipulative such as Magees Building blocks, Legos and Skoolzy Straw fine motor skills will help tremendously with the educational needs of students. Also with the older students who just work great on their own they can gain problem solving skills on an individual level. All students school-wide will excel with the Brain Quest 3-5 edition and the Feeling/Temper/Social Skills and Mindfullness Matters. With your help, I will continue to enhance my classroom that I strive to create to fit all types of learning. My classroom is a place that my students really enjoy, they learn how to deal with problems, how to better mange their feelings and understand what is appropriate behavior in many situations and have the knowledge to access themselves and grow! All of these items have been chosen with my students in mind-I have asked them their input on what would work for them in any given situation. Students will be able to choose these activities in which will help them continue to grow as a student, self analyze and make better life decisions by thinking on their own.
