My students have the amazing opportunity to receive a culinary arts certificate- giving them the opportunity to find jobs upon graduation! Even if they do not choose to go into the food industry, it is imperative that every student who leaves my class has the foundations of culinary arts. Hopefully this will allow them to nourish not only their bodies, but also their minds and souls through the most major act of self love: home cooking.

About my class
