Hi! Welcome to my profile page, and thank you so much for taking the time to support our school community! I am a bilingual school social worker who teaches social-emotional learning (SEL) lessons and provides counseling sessions to students in grades K–5. Most of my work is helping students learn about feelings, kindness, empathy, social cues, social skills, problem-solving, coping strategies, and communication tools like "I" messages by incorporating games, books, arts and crafts, and role-playing. Where the magic begins is in my office—a.k.a. the dungeon! It's cozy, welcoming, and my students truly enjoy attending their sessions or just stopping by to say hello. With your support, my students can continue to flourish and learn these vital skills for both their intrapersonal and interpersonal growth, ultimately becoming SEL experts who can share what they've learned with our broader community.
