Chromecast will allow me to seamlessly work through examples on my laptop and show the examples to the students. This will increase the effectiveness of my lesson delivery. Modeling technological skills is crucial for students to see how to learn new skills as well as recover from inevitable mistakes. Our school also supports an Esports team and when Google Stadia, the company's game-streaming service, launches in November, Chromecast will initially be the only way to play Stadia games without a TV. Esports helps students learn valuable skills that will serve them well throughout their lives. Among the skills developed through Esports are: Strategic thinking, teamwork, collaboration, goal setting, preparation, and managing success.
