My students are the most amazing kindergrteners in the world. They love learning and are thirsting for more. Our school is in an area of very high poverty. Many of my students struggle with learning their letters and with learning to read. They come from homes where the primary language is Spanish, so even though their parents want to help they simply cannot because of the language barrier. School is the only place they get the support they need.
